Typical Marais Apartment

The location is just perfect Apparments. A beautiful area and about 10 minutes walk to the Seine. Shopping right around the corner. In the apartment, everything was available and clean. She is otherwise functional, and perfect for a city break. Granted, it's not the quietest place, but we did not care. The boxing club in the underlying apartment finished his courses mostly to 22 clock. Well that was no problem. The previous reviews we can not confirm or have been corrected. During our visit, there was a water leak, which was fixed very quickly. On our next holiday in Paris we will stay safe again.

Very poorly equipped, tiny flat with many imperfections (very noisy, the stock value including Kickboxing is taught window transhipment sites and windows! Not close, the opposite school is looking directly into the home, the sink can not use because of the size, dirty laundry the previous tenant was deposited in the cabinet, there were two small towels for two weeks, even when asked to have brought no further). The price is absolutely no justification for this property. Worst flaw: the landlord is extremely unreliable and unfriendly!

The Apartment is situated really great in Paris, it´s clean and ok but the reason why to book an apartment and no hotel was to be able to cook in the evenings. With only one saucepan which was rusty it was not very comfortable. Also there was only one (big) blanket -- but not only couples are travelling to Paris... Also there was no discription how to use the free WI-Fi and where to leave the key when leaving....and the host does not answer on sms or much too late. We would not return again...

Apartment ok but there was a Persian perpetually open that made me wake up early in the morning.

Prima clean studio in a nice neighborhood. Evening on the neighbors taught and with the windows open you can listen! The room is very small, because the bank is the bed.

Nice renovated small appartement. The host Arnaud is very uncomplicated. Everything worked very well and the locations in Maris is great!

Excellent apartment. Cozy furnishings. Good quality / price ratio. Fairly close to metro station, bakery, supermarket nearby. We have had a great time and given to many of Paris. Very worthwhile.
