The apartment is perfectly situated in the centre of Vienna. Only a very short walk from the State Opera and Konzertverein. The apartment is well equipped with ample space for 4 persons. Everything in the apartment works fine - also the internet connection. Only a little difficulty that the key should be gathered and delivered back to an office a little away from the apartment. The apartment was a very good experience, which can be recommended.
If you speak perfect Czech will have no problem in hiring with Interhome Windu, because it is the only staff, the Czech Republic, which will solve your doubts and problems.
For starters, the fact is that you think you hire a company but then turns out to be another.
Of all the phones that we provide none of them work or respond, except the Czech Republic that plots be is where they have headquarters and Barcelona, but better would be that the latter did not respond, because all they do is cheat with lies, give further liarte long.
The instructions to collect the apartment keys are confusing and contradictory, and when you call to clarify which are the steps to follow, the truth is that even they know how their system works.
So, your anxiety will gradually increase until the end, after several days of fighting, overseas calls, tachycardia, anger, deceit and incompetence, you discover that to take you the apartment keys at the same apartment, you have to pay 20 euros, plus 27 cleaning person did not indicate when making your reservation. If not, you have to go through his office at go you know where to pick them up and there as you go to the apartment.
They tell you when you get call them to contact the host, but it turns out that the name you provide nobody knows who he is. However, the guy who greeted us was attentive.
Note that the apartment was right, large, comfortable (although the beds are quite hard and terrible pillows), very convenient and relatively clean, but lacked small details in an apartment at this price should not miss, as a Simple cloth, paper towels, a towel more and more intense lighting.
Lovely apartment, lovely very central location and lovely with the little balcony this spring. But the beds in the bedroom is very hard (to get back ache), there should be a softer mattress pad, and in the room with 2 sofa beds should one sofa bed replaced with a real double bed. Everything worked well around the keys etc Vienna is a beautiful city with many experiences.
Alt fungerede godt omkring nøgler o.s.v.
Wien er en skøn by, med mange oplevelsesmuligheder.

Very nice, pieceful and relaxing house.
We really enjoyed the large rooms and terasses outdoor. It is great to have realy furniture inside and outside.
The house is big and especially with a great view but:
- There're no curtains or shutters on the windows
- The sheets are minimal (and not optional)
- The house was quite dirty despite the payment for the cleaning
- The manager of the property accused me to stole one (1) pillowcase the day after we left. The pillowcase has been obviously found after a while, it was left behind during the collecting.
I've enjoyed my stay in Stintino for the sea, the nature, the landscape, but, for a short stay of 4 days, too many thing that didn't work out with the house.
Nice place and great pool. BUT too expensive! Bad kitchenequipments. Expensive sheets and towels. Not value with the money!
My boyfriend and I stayed here for 6 nights and it was absolutely wonderful! Exactly what you see in pictures, except there isn't actually a balcony. Just a glass door with railings right behind it. The area was by far our favourite in Barcelona. Truly unique and enjoyable to just walk around at any time of the day. The stairs are a frightening first impression, 57 in a small spiral staircase, but still definitely worth the mission. But yes, pack light!
Thank you Maria for your kind hospitality, suggestions and being readily available for anything we needed.
I definitely recommend :)
Very disappointed at the standard of the apartment and the arrival and departure procedure! This apartment was let through Wimdu by Interhome. I will never book anything let by Interhome again. Having made the booking and paid for it we were totally unaware until one week before departure that bed linen and towels were not included and an extra charge was levied (Euro 28 for sheets and 12 for towels). When I challenged Interhome on non disclosure of information they told me it was in the small print: having trawled though every last word I found it in tiny print under Cancellation Policy! Again I challenged Interhome about deliberately placing this important piece of information where nobody will think to look. It should be clearly displayed on the webpage under Amenities where a note can be posted in the relevant area for all to see.
Arrival procedure - what a nonsense. Having paid for the sheets you have to collect them in person from the office. We made it by the skin of our teeth before the office closed for the weekend. Because our flight was delayed we arrived in Chamonix later than expected and had the office been closed we would have had no sheets at all! They are bulky to carry and I have photos of my husband looking like Santa Clause with a big white sack over his shoulder. It's the height of nonsense to expect arrivals to lug luggage and carry this bulky bad around Chamonix. On departure we had to return the sheets to the office again in said bag!
End cleaning - the previous tenant had presumably paid therefore we expected a clean apartment. The hard surfaces were clean but the living room carpet was disgusting with stains and grime and dirty black marks (photographed). It needs either professionally deep cleaned or dumped. Personally I would replace it. My bed sheet had a dirty brown mark on it (photographed) and the "white" patio furniture was grey with grime. I don't think it had been cleaned in years. Before I would set as much as a mug on it I scrubbed it with the dish scrubber (which I then couldn't use on the dishes!). Again we have photographic evidence. The best feature of the apartment is the wonderful view of Mont Blanc from the balcony. I don't know who is employed to clean this apartment but they could do with a lesson or two. I will never use Interhome again and I recommend that you steer clear of it too. I've used Wimdu many times and always been satisfied but not on this occasion.
Nice clean well equipped apartment. Very friendly hoists. Would recommend to all my friends.
