House rules

The check-in takes place in our office in via Firenze 43, 00184 Rome and is possible from 15:00 onwards. Latest check out is at 11:00. Arrivals to the office after 21:00 will be subject to a check-in fee of 25 Euro (after midnight the fee will be 35 Euro). The fee will be waved if you have the taxi pick-up service arranged through our company. In such cases you will be taken directly to the apartment, and the next day you will be asked to come to our office at 10:00 AM to make payments. It is vital that we are informed of your approximate arrival time in Rome.

At the time of check-in we will require credit card guarantee for damages done to the apartment during the time of stay.

City Tourist Tax
The price for the apartment does not include the charge for the City tourist tax.
The city tourist tax is € 2,00 per person, per night and will be applied at check-in (charged ONLY in CASH!)

New and fresh. Calm and quiet. Close to the overgroundtrain and10 minutes walk to the underground. Although we were promised wifi it was big trouble. Took a day before it was corrected after several pressures. The apartment is definitely recommended!

From the beginning we have received all the answers to the questions we asked our host. We found the apartment well equipped, it's nice to do it yourself kitchen in Prague this equipment is also a strong point. In addition, the apartment is very well located. one critical point: sometimes a bit noisy (which can be normal in a residence of several apartments in the city center). We recommend this accommodation.
