Reviews of this property
Living in this apartment was like living in a piece of art. It is a beautiful renovation, done by a talented architect, in a wonderful location. Everything is top of the line and the design is white and minimalist. The pictures on the listing portray the apartment well. The bed is comfortable, the place is very quiet, and there is a small supermarket and restaurants nearby. It is easy to walk around Reykjavik from here. It is on the second floor, so you we had to haul our bags up the stairway (not difficult) and the stairway is a little dingy, but the apartment is amazing. The kitchen has everything you could need. The downside of the minimalist design is a shortage of places to put things like suitcases, but that is not uncommon in Europe.
An excellent prime location is the key to this apartment an easy walk to all places with a small grocery store just around the corner too.
An upmarket quality place to stay, for a couple it's ideal.
The only reason for not giving it five stars is that we felt the entrance and the stairs up to the property not to the same standard as the apartment, we also had a problem with the TV that was not fixed and would suggest cracked mirror glass needs replacing to make it absolutely first class.
