The pool is shared by all residents of the block. The laundry has a coin operated washing machines and dryers.
As the block is a security block, entry is only with the entrance tag.
My stay at the St. Martini studio apartment was good. All the basics were there - cooking items, dishes, towels, etc. A fan would have been nice as it took a while for the apartment to cool down with the balcony door open. Also, screens over the windows would be nice - this would allow air in and keep Mosquitos out. The location is great and the security at the entrance is good. This is a good basic studio for a reasonable price.

Great located apartment in a super location for exploring the city! Very well-maintained complex with friendly security personnel. Practical furnishings and kitchen area sufficiently equipped for a long stay. Cute by large flowering hibiscus bush visually screened balcony, we've used a lot! Very nice and helpful hostess, but that it had not much to do in six weeks, because everything was good! We are often in Cape Town and if we dorthinfahren the next time, definitely try to get there again!

Well equipped, bright loft in elevated and quiet location next to the Table Mountain Nature Reserve. Magnificent views over the bay, good starting point for all activities in the Cape Peninsula or locally in the trendy Camps Bay. Simple, nice and facing hosts. Also because of the good price / performance ratio for us as a couple traveling self pair with car rental is a good choice for our 5 days there.
