Cozy Central Apartment with Wifi

We had a great time at Alberto's place. Very clean apartment with lots of space, located very close to the center of Valencia, 3 minute walk to mercado central. We defenitly recommend this apartment!!

The apartment is perfect, very well decorated, very well located, very quiet. Alberto was very friendly.

Nice, clean apartment and everything you need during your stay is available. Short distance from Plaza Ayuntamiento and Old Town. Bars and restaurants all over the place. Very friendly owners, showed us a map with places to go and see during our visit. They also offered us to keep our baggage at their place before check-in and after check-out while the apartment was cleaned. Great. I do believe it is a quiet street normally but not during Fallas haha! Big Falla sculpture on your right and streetparty at night on your left. But when you are visiting Valencia during Fallas festival you are not looking for a quiet place! We will for sure come back for another visit.

The title describes it perfectly. Central and gorgeous. Can not be more accurate with less words. Nice apartment with everything you need to not have to walk carrying things from home. Saving you having to upload them, lol. Excellent owners. Deal simple, friendly and approachable. Totally recommended. A greeting to them.

We found this apartment a lovely place to stay while we were visiting Valencia. Fantastic location, walking distance to Central Market, Ayudamente, Old town and many more. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated and it felt like a home from home and we would definitely stay there again. The only thing better than the apartment was our hosts who met us at the station when it was raining, had bought fresh milk and a few essentials for us on arrival and were very kind and helpful to us before, during and at the end of our stay. Thank you for helping to make our holiday so lovely...Highly recommend :).

What a super location 2 minutes walk from the subway and then you come to the apartment where Alberto you with open arms. Everything is present there is juice, water and beer in the fridge for free. All of his tips are worth the effort. In uitschenk and very flexible especially if there were no guests in the apartment sit or come. All questions before you get quick answer by e-mail. A must for anyone who still goes to Valencia. Super host and again very CENTRAL place. All right foot from the parliament to reach. Oh yes there is even a tablet in the apartment for free. Really crazy.

Very pleased with the apartment. Spacious and all facilities are present and in good condition. Perfect location, 5 minutes walk from the metro and 5 minutes walk you are in the center. Moreover, in a quiet street situated so you can sleep well. It should be noted that the apartment is on the 3rd floor, so you should be fine climb stairs (we found no objection). The host is very friendly. Highly recommended.

Really good appartment! Everything you need is there and appartment is clean. Location is perfect, quiet neighbourhood, metro nearby and just a ten minute walk from the center. The hosts are very friendly and the service is good.

Check-in time super set on arrival. The apartment we liked it great. Everything was very clean and furnished with love. Have during the stay felt very comfortable there. The central location was another big plus. The next time you stay in Valencia we would have liked staying there again.
