It has a rooftop terrace with a pool and fully equipped gym and sauna, balcony, and air-conditioning. There is a double sofa bed to accommodate two extra guests.
This apartment is on a quiet street that's within easy walking distance to the harbor, the Rocks, and botanical gardens, and a little bit more ambitious walking distance to Darling Harbor. Other than the ferries, you'll hardly need public transportation at all to see the major sights. It's a beautiful apartment, best suited for singles or couples.
Please note that there is a minimum booking period from 23rd December to 2nd January. We cannot accept bookings with arrival or departure inside these dates.

The apartment is clean and perfect for 2 people, with 4 people still in order. The kitchen is fully equipped.
Great location, 5 minutes walk from the Central Station.
Key collection takes place at a different location, but worked smoothly and very fast.
The landlord "Peter" is very friendly and helpful.

Die Schlüsselübergabe findet an einem anderen Ort statt, funktionierte jedoch reibungslos und sehr schnell.
Der Vermieter "Peter" ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
I realized that I had to go to another place to collect the key after I arrived the accomodation. The owner said that he already gave me the email to inform the imformation.but I have never get the email. I SWEAR!!
AND YOU HAVE TO PAY EXTRA as cleaning fee.
It has been pleasurable to stay in this apartment which allowed us to have a great holidays. The balcony opens on a quite street which is very pleasant for a meal in fresh air. The air conditioning is quite and effective and the glass sliding door sound proof. so city noises hasn't been an issue.
The gym is well equipped and with a sona room. The pool and spa were very cold (sept) and the BBQ out of order.
Make sure you address all your enquiries at Wundu as you are not clients of the building management team. We were supplied with linen for 2 even we had booked for 4 guests.
Overall, good value for money.
Close to transport and many parks, lovely bakery around corner and convenient store with internet.
Very clean & good location. Only problem was setting timer on oven as power had been off. (Push first two buttons and last together)

The apartment is very good situated nearby central station. We could easyly get to all places we wanted to visit. Everything we needed was there. But it was not very comfortable to get the key at a different place far away, where the lady couldn´t tell us the way to the apartment. It is only possible by going by taxi. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay very much.
Fabulous apartment, very spacious and clean, with a gorgeous view of the bridge and cityscape, lovely little touches by the host made us feel at home, very secure building and parking made all the difference I will definitely be booking this apartment again in the future

Appartment is very good located and has space enough for 4 to 5 people (one bedroom for adults, the other bedroom rather for 2-3 kids). Great is tennis-court and pool on the rooftop with amazing few.
The price was rather high and for this, in our opinion all details shoud be perfect (like dishwashing machine must work correctly, all lights should work, no broken chairs).

We stayed at the apartment in April 2015 (2 adults and 2 children) and found it to be excellent. Great location (handy to transport and also easy to walk into town and around), great facilities, spacious, very comfortable and very clean and tidy. The one negative was dealing with Peter and his office staff. When asking for clarification or assistance, they were very defensive and their general communication was not great. Once they sort that out, I would have no hesitation in recommending the apartment as a great place to stay.
