A single apartment in a great location in Munich. It's all available there. I can only recommend it!

Have already booked for the second time at Tobias. A very nice touch and everything was great, thanks!

We stayed in the apartment for a week and found it very good. It is well located, the karlsplatz is ~10-15min by tram and the famous bear gardens (Augustiner keller, Hirchgarten) are in a few tram stops. The washing machine and the ironing facility was very useful. Tobias was very friendly and suggested a free parking place nearby.

We were there for 3 nights. Reception and keys were great: short and sweet. The apartment: The apartment makes a down impression. The kitchen is dark and small and invites not to cook. The bathroom is ok. The shower curtain is to water permeability and the scavenging of the toilet's very weak. The main room, the bedroom and living room, is also the best: light and spacious. The only shortcoming is the overhead light, almost from the ceiling precipitation, t look because all the cables from the ceiling already. To visit the city the apartment is ok, since you can only for breakfast and sleep there is. The price of the apartment is too expensive for this standard.

We really enjoyed Munich and our apartment. It was comfortable and conveniently located close to shops and restaurants, tram, bus and undergrround.. Just a few stops from the central railway station with easy access to all the major sights. The washing machine was particularly appreciated. Thank you Tobias

Guest ok, but very simple: toilet flushing or not enough pressure, mirror in the bathroom would be nice to have some loose sockets in the wall, dusty curtains, bed must be repaired sometimes. 62 euros per night for this standard is too expensive.

Nice apartment located in quiet and near a supermarket, bars and tram. Ideal to go with friends.
