Our wonderful suite of 80 square meters spread over two levels, has a large and old wooden staircase, coffered ceilings and 'completely renovated. The house offers all the comforts for an unforgettable stay, and 'consists of an entrance, a kitchen, a living room, a loft with master bedroom and a large bathroom. The hall on the ground floor and 'present a large sofa, a sofa bed and a romantic alcove that converts into a double bed for a total of 5 comfortable berths. The entire house and 'non-smoking.
At guests' disposal: equipped kitchen with all accessories, refrigerator, stove, oven, washing machine, table with 6 seats, LCD TV, iron, hairdryer, safe, Nintendo Wii, bed linen, bath and kitchen linen included. In the kitchen there is a supply of coffee, tea, sugar, salt, oil, various tea, chocolate, jam, honey etc ... Upon arrival there is a welcome box for our guests.
The whole apartment will be available to tourists.
The staff of Bastianelli Home will always be contactable by phone for every need. Guests will be provided a phone with Italian card for emergencies.

If you're one of our most precious guest we ask that you follow these simple rules:
Our home and non-smoking.
Always make sure to turn off the lights and the air conditioning before leaving home.
No pets are allowed in the apartment.
In case of loss of keys you will be asked to pay € 50.00 for the changing of the lock.
Some first goods such as salt, sugar, coffee, extra virgin olive oil, wine vinegar, soap, 1 toilet paper, sheets, towels will be given by Bastianelli Home for your welcome.
All children are welcome but we ask special attention to the walls, to the furniture and works of art on display in the house.
Check in is at 15.00. Check out is at 12.00. Check in between 22.00 to 00.00 has an additional cost of € 25.00. The check in between 00.00 AM to 6.00 has an additional cost of € 50.00.
At check-in you will need to pay a deposit which will be returned to you at the end of the stay after checking the apartment and its contents.
Do not forget the door open road. Must be closed.
Avoid crowds and noise to avoid disturbing the neighbors. Avoid parties and guests in the house. The Home Navona is a suite much sought wrapped in white fabrics, works of art and unique furnishings and this means that it is very delicate!
In the historic center of Rome is the collection of waste and this implies a little 'attention.
There are detailed instructions for the collection of waste and I ask you to follow it carefully and dispose of waste in the containers without leaving home.
Do not leave garbage and personal belongings out of the front door.
We ask that you leave the kitchen clean and tidy each tool being used.
Remember to leave the apartment in decent conditions and empty the trash cans

Laura is a very good hostess, the house is in the best square of rome, if you are mediterranean you will like because is a site whit a good atmosphera, the house has two enormous beds one little bed and a sofa, i think that the kitchen is more small than in the photos i will return
Nous avons été déplacé dans un autre appartement qui se nomme "Campo Penthouse" dans la rue Pellegrino 13 (pour cause de problème d'éléctricité). Très bel appartement, un peu cher tout de même, balcon avec belle vue sur les toits de Rome et soleil couchant. Douche un peu trop petite. Proche de tous les sites, à côté de la sympathique place Campo di Fiori avec marché de légumes et fleurs tous les matin. Attention plusieurs étages, il faut être en bonne santé.
Rome magnifique 2000 ans d'histoire, préfèrez un guide lors de vos visites, c'est vite passionnant!
