Fully furnished newly renovated large 3 bedroom & 2 bath condo is ideally located for your visit to Los Angeles, perfect for executive/cooperate rentals, or relocation. All the amenities you would need to help you feel comfy during your visit are provided. All inclusive of: utilities, cable TV, wireless Internet (WiFi), high quality linens, fresh towels, a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer. Plus no extra charge for your reserved parking space (though you could pretty much walk everywhere you would need from here). You will also get a street permit pass.
Brand new stainless steel kitchen, dining area, large living room with lots of light, 2 brand new marble bathrooms, 3 bedrooms (1 King & 2 Queen Beds), bookshelf with books, piano player, desks, chairs, HDTVs with Cable, DVD Players in each room. Big Screen HDTV, VCR & DVD blue ray with Netflix that you can enjoy Free Movies with home theater system in the living room, central air conditioning and heat with a special air filtration system, dishwasher + special windows that keeps the noise out and the quiet in. You can expect to find everything you have at home.
Though this is a large home but we only want to have six guests maximum. It is extremely nice, clean, peaceful and very serene and zen-like. This is the perfect place to stay and relax. But absolutely, not a house party. You will feel like 'Home Away from Home' here – The neighborhood is super nice and the location cannot be better. Our neighbors prefer to keep it quiet in the neighborhood. Therefore, we are really interested in renting to people, who are nice, clean, respectful, non-smokers, and non-party. This is ideal and perfect for visiting professionals especially in the film industry and travelers. Please tell us a little bit about yourself and your visit. We would like to see your pictures.

Als erstes möchten wir uns sehr herzlich bei unseren Gastgebern DUKE und DENNIS bedanken. Alles hat wunderbar geklappt. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr vollgefühlt.
Die drei Schlafzimmer sind geräumig und die beiden Bäder groß. Alles ist sauber.
Für Leute, die Schlaf brauchen, eignet sich das hintere Zimmer. Die beiden vorderen Zimmer waren laut der Mitfahrer etwas laut. Aber dafür gibt es Ohrenstoppen!
Die Lage der Wohnung ist ihr riesen Vorteil. Für die Hard Rock Enthusiasten wie wir, die auf den Spuren des Rainbow, Whisky a Go Go oder The Viper Room wandeln wollten, ist diese Wohnung ein Plus. Bis zum Sunset Blvd ist es 300 m. Bis zu den Kneipen keine 2 km zu laufen. Trader Joe’s und CVS sind um die Ecke. Ralphs als Supermarkt auf dem Sunset Blvd einen Kilometer entfernt. Mit UBER ist alles leicht zu erreichen.
Achtung – wichtig: Einzig und allein die Parksituation vor dem Haus ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Wer wie wir mit zwei Autos anreise, findet im Hof einen Parkplatz. Ein Auto muss draußen bleiben. Um aber vor der Tür parken zu können, braucht man eine Erlaubnis, die alle vier Tage gewechselt werden muss. Außerdem muss man jeden Tag die Straßenseite wechseln. Zudem: Es gibt die doofen roten Bordsteine. Selbst fünf cm auf dem roten Bordstein heißen: 73 Dollar Fine. Abzocke!
We stayed in the 3 bed apartment and it was fantastic! The place is very clean and we looked after it just like our own home. We were very sad to leave the place. Duke & Van are very helpful and gave us tonnes of pointers with where to go, what to look out for. The recommendations were brilliant for food, trips etc.
Excellent location and will be back in LA for sure! Amazing communication from Duke with fair and reasonable house rules just like you would in your own home.

Our family stay at this fantastic condo was made even more special by our hosts Duke and Van. They were great at explaining all the features of the condo, and their advice on seeing the best parts of Los Angeles was invaluable.
The condo is superbly equipped and presented in a very clean manner. The location is superb, close to Sunset, Santa Monica Boulevard(Route 66).
We would not hesitate to recommend this condo to anyone looking for special accommodation in a great LA location.
The requirement to observe the quiet time zone at night suited our family, but might not suit people who want to party and make noise during the night.
If we ever get the chance to visit LA in the future, we would definately try a make a reservation here.

La comunicación con Duke fue estupenda. Desde la petición de información hasta nuestra llegada al apartamento. Nos recibió su hijo, muy amable. El apartamento está a pocos minutos andando desde la estación de metro, en pleno paseo de la fama! El apartamento está justo en la calle paralela y detrás del hotel Roosvelt, de hecho por la noche se escucha el ambiente desde el apartamento.
Apartamento muy confortable, limpio y con todo lo necesario para tener una agradable estancia. Cocina equipada totalmente, Netflix, conexión a internet, aire aconcidionado, etc. A unos 10 - 15 minutos andando encuentras un supermercado Ralph's y en La Brea st hay una lavandería de monedas.
Recomendaría tanto a Duke y Dennis como al apartamento.

The apartment was perfect for us. Spacious, very clean and equipped with everything we could possibly need during our stay. The benefit of a bathroom per room is amazing. The location in west hollywood is perfect, we were able to get most of the places we visited within minutes. One day we even walked from hollywood walk of fame within 5 to 10 mins.
There is also a supermarket (Ralph's) a few minutes walk away which was very convenient. I would highly recommend this apartment for your stay in LA.
Very nice place. Conveniently close (15 min walk) to metro, which is a good idea as traffic is horrible in LA. Spacious apartment with all the necessary stuff. Duke and his son Dennis take good care of matters. We would certainly book this place again.
